Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms under which Genius Media LLC (DBA Genius Scouts) delivers its services, processes cancellations, and handles billing. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Delivery
Genius Scouts provides digital services including advertising, consulting, and coaching. All deliverables are provided according to the terms outlined in each client’s signed agreement. Typically, service begins within five (5) business days of the mutually agreed-upon start date specified in the contract.
Once onboarding begins, clients will receive a welcome email outlining how to get started quickly and what to expect over the first 30 days of service.

2. Refund Policy
Because our work involves customized services and the commitment of resources, we do not issue refunds once a project has started. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are happy with our services.

3. Return Policy
We do not sell physical products, and therefore do not accept returns.

4. Cancellation Policy
For clients on recurring or subscription-based services, we require a minimum of fifteen (15) days’ notice prior to the end of your billing cycle to process cancellations. No cancellation fees apply. To cancel, please email your account manager or contact us directly at aaron@geniusscouts.com.

5. Billing & Subscription Terms
Our services are charged on a recurring or subscription basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you provide timely notice of cancellation.
